Workout for Thursday, Sep 24, 2010

Warm, but really doesn't matter in this case.
MB (UWF Track down for repairs. Treadmill used with 1% incline to replicate road/track.)
Warm-up - 2x 1mile @ long run pace (2:00 walk recovery)
Main Set - 2x 1mile @ threshold pace (2:00 walk recovery)
Cool-down - treadmill cool-down protocol.

NOTE: We'll be back to the track next Tuesday, Sep 28, 2010.
