Warm. Not nearly as bad as Tuesday night.
Temperature 88*/Humidity 52%/Wind 11 mph S/Clear PARTICIPANTS:

Warm-up - 2x 1mile road loop, 10x 100m striders Main set -


Group 1 - 5x 700m (100m recovery) @ "fresh" pace
Group 2 - 6x-8x 350m (50m recovery) @ "fresh" pace
Group 3 - Amble in the woods

Cool-down - 400m walk/jog
