October 29 Workout: But Wait, There's More

Participants: Bev, Suzanne, Ferris, Scott
Conditions: Dark, Slightly Humid.
Assignment - Period 2, Week 3: 2 x 1 mile warm-up, 10x100 meter striders
Ferris: 6 x 800 meters (100 meter walk recovery) at lactate threshhold pace
Scott: 7 x 700 meters (100 meter walk recovery), at lactate threshhold pace
Bev/Suzanne: 7 x 500 meters (100 meter walk recovery), at lactate threshhold pace400 meter jog, 10 x 100 meter striders cool-down
