Workout for Saturday, May 8, 2010

Conditions - 72*/87%/7mph W - bloody humid, should have started a half-hour sooner.

Participants - Suzanne, MB

Warm-up -
2x 1mile road loop, 10x 100m striders

Workout -
8x 200m (50m recovery) at "fresh" pace (original plan was for 12-16, but conditions...well...)

Cool-down -
400m jog, 10x 100m striders
